(1) User Agreement

This agreement sets out the T&C’s of using RapidID’s services, inlcuding specific Terms that are enforced by government departments that we work with to provide you the services you access via RapidID. This agreement is not a lock-in contract as we provide a month by month service.

(2) Privacy Declaration

If your company meets any of the following points, please download and complete this form, then skip Document #3. Please sign this declaration if your company;

  • Turnsover $3million AUD or more annually
  • Is a reporting entity under AUSTRAC
  • Has previously opted-in via OAIC to be caught under act

If your company doesn’t meet any of the points in step #2, please download, complete and sign this Opt-In application form. Our on-boarding team can then opt-in your business to be caught under the Australian Privacy Act.

Privacy Consent Capture (4)

The final step that your business needs to demonstrate to RapidID is proof that you have captured your customers explicit consent, before verifying their identity.
