1. Driver Captures a picture of the ID number of the trailer being dropped off.
2. The Camera Cell Phone transmits the picture to one of the Rapid ID cell phone modems.
3. The transmission from the cell phone -- Picture + Cell Phone Number + Lat & Lon + Time/Date
4. Rapid ID EXTRACTS the Identification number from the picture
5. The IDentification Number of the Asset, plus the Date, Time, and Location, (and picture) are transmitted to the Asset Owner.
